These compact switchmode power supplies with a high efficiency ratio are most suited for standard flush mounted sockets. In spite of the extremely compact design and a maximum diameter of 51 mm these power supplies generate an output of up to 18 Watts.
To serve individual applications, the flush mount line with outputs of 4V - 24V is available for power settings of 6W, 12W and 18Watt.
The 12W and 18 W power supplies are available with outputs of either 12V or 24V. All units provide wide-range inputs of 100 - 240V and can therefore be used worldwide. Standardly the units are voltage-regulated, current-limited and sustained short circuit-proof.
Optionally power supplies with customized outputs or special leads are also practicable.
During the engineering process great importance was attached to the latest directives of the sundry energy efficiency programs (EnergyStar, MEPS, EuP). With a no-load input of ≤ 300mW and high efficiency ratios at each power setting, the power supplies already meet the EuP (Energy using Products) threshold values which will not become mandatory before 2011.
Due to their potted design, power supplies of protection class II are highly recommended for sanitary applications but also for access, control and security systems as well as lighting and door control systems.
